Reservation Policy
Terms of Payment
- Safari Fees: Full payment must be made at the time of booking; reservations cannot be changed or refunded.
- At the park’s entrance, visitors are required to pay camera fees directly to the forest authorities.
- 50% of the total room cost is due at the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Inclusions and Exclusions:
- Guests are entitled to three meals every night as per the American Plan. Meals taken above and beyond the package inclusions will be paid at the a la carte rate.
- A la carte orders (beverage, in-room meals, snacks, etc.) or any other service (e.g. spa, laundry, nature shop purchases, etc.) that are not included in the package will be paid on an individual basis.
- Children up to the age of five(5) can stay in the same room for no additional charge. Children from 6 to 12 years will be charged INR 2000 (stay, all meals, and an extra bed included).
- An extra adult or child above the age of 12 will be charged INR 3000 (stay, meals, and extra bed included).
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% cancellation within 15 days or in the event of no show.
- 50% of the total amount if cancelled within 16-30 Days
- 30 Days and above: No Refund, however the remaining advance will be applied to your next reservation.
- Reservations for long weekends and holidays, such as Christmas, New Year’s, Holi, and Diwali, are not refundable.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Check-out is at 11:30 am, and check-in is at 2:00 pm.
- Early check-ins and/or late check-outs need prior notification, are subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
- Normal Safari Portal for all zones opens 120 days before the safari date. Tatkal Safari Portal opens three days before the safari date. To maximise availability, it is recommended that you plan your trip, including accommodation reservations and safaris, at least 120 days in advance.
- Safari permits (Normal Quota and Tatkal Premium Quota) for the reserve are subject to availability. Safari entry gates may change owing to park entrance and permit constraints.
- In the event of a strike, the permit not being available, unanticipated circumstances, inclement weather, etc., no claims may be made.
- Safari reservations can only be confirmed if a valid photo ID is submitted within the allotted period.
- Upon booking a safari permit, each adult member must have the original photo ID with them at all times. This is because the IDs are examined at the Forest Entry Gates.
- The forest department allocates Jeeps and Guides on a rotating basis.
- Safari fees include the permit fee, the guide fee, and the gypsy fee. If the forest department increases the fees during the season, the difference will be communicated to and collected at the Camp.
- During long weekends and holiday seasons (such as Christmas, Diwali, New Year’s, Holi, etc.), the camp reserves the right to alter the package, contents, and prices without giving previous notice.
